You Dunnit | Digital Refund Policy
1. The "Digital-Only" Nature of the Mystery
Because You Dunnit is a digital murder mystery game, there is no physical product to return. Once the "case files" are downloaded, the secrets are out! For this reason, we do not offer traditional returns, but we do offer a satisfaction guarantee under the terms below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want your game night to be a hit. We offer refunds on You Dunnit digital packages within 14 days of purchase based on the following:
- Unopened Case Files: If you have purchased the game but have not yet clicked the download link or accessed the digital files, you are eligible for a 100% "no-questions-asked" refund.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical glitch with the files that prevents you from playing, and our support team can’t fix it for you, we will issue a full refund.
- Customer Dissatisfaction: If you have downloaded and played You Dunnit but found the experience unsatisfactory, please reach out. Because our games are "single-play" experiences (once you know who the killer is, the mystery is solved!), these refunds are granted at our sole discretion to ensure the policy is used fairly.
3. How to Request a Refund

- A brief note explaining the issue (e.g., technical trouble or "it wasn't for us").
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Most banks take 5-10 business days to reflect this in your statement. Once a refund is issued, your license to host and use that specific You Dunnit mystery is revoked, and the files should be deleted.
5. Fair Play Policy
To keep things fair for our writers and creators, we monitor for refund abuse. We reserve the right to decline refund requests from users who systematically purchase and refund multiple mysteries.
